Not just any lasagna, mind you, but the lasagna that was supposed to be perfect, when Jack and Judy Gellar were coming over for dinner to harshly judge Monica and find fault with everything she does. Monica had to impress them with the lasagna, and had Rachel help her layer the noodles. Remember me? I&#8217;m the girl in the veil who stomped on your heart in front of your entire family!&#8217; Oh God and now I&#8217;m gonna have to return the ring, without the ring, which makes it so much harder&#8230;<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Monica:<\/strong>&nbsp;Easy Rach, we&#8217;ll find it. (To all) Won&#8217;t we!<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  Chandler and Joey<strong>:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Oh! Yeah!<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Joey:<\/strong>&nbsp;Alright, when&#8217;d&#8217;ya have it on last?<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Phoebe:<\/strong>&nbsp;Doy! Probably right before she lost it!<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Chandler<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;You don&#8217;t get a lot of &#8216;doy&#8217; these days&#8230;<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Rachel:<\/strong>&nbsp;I know I had it this morning, and I know I had it when I was in the kitchen with&#8230;<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Chandler<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8230;Dinah?<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Rachel:<\/strong>&nbsp;(looks at the lasagna and realizes something) Ohhhhh, don&#8217;t be mad&#8230;<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Monica:<\/strong>&nbsp;You didn&#8217;t.<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Rachel:<\/strong>&nbsp;Oh, I am sorry&#8230;<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Monica:<\/strong>&nbsp;I gave you one job! (Starts to examine the lasagna through the bottom of the glass pan.)<br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span>  <strong>Rachel:<\/strong>&nbsp;Oh, but look how straight those noodles are!<br \/><\/font><span style=\"\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"\"><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Yeahhh, silly Rachel left her ring inside the lasagna! Poor Monica was forced last minute to make spaghetti, resulting in yet another fantastic Judy Gellar moment: &#8220;Oh, we&#8217;re having spaghetti. That&#8217;s&#8230;easy.&#8221; She is my hero. Anyway! We&#8217;re going to make lasagna, and then&#8230;you know&#8230;see what happens.&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I enjoyed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.laughfrodisiac.com\/4\/post\/2013\/09\/veganizing-friends-the-joey-special.html\">my cheesy hummus sauce that I made for The Joey Special<\/a>&nbsp;so much that I wanted to do a similar white bean-based cheese sauce for the lasagna. I saw a few bloggers also using bean-based cheese in lasagna sauce lately, so I knew it could be done. Then, I baked eggplant and zucchini slices, sauteed onions, mushrooms, and garlic, and made\/maybe-used-a-store-bought marinara sauce and layered it all together, as you do.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"wsite-multicol\">\n<div class='wsite-multicol-table-wrap' style='margin:0 -15px'>\n<table class='wsite-multicol-table'>\n<tbody class='wsite-multicol-tbody'>\n<tr class='wsite-multicol-tr'>\n<td class='wsite-multicol-col' style='width:50%;padding:0 15px'>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong><font size=\"4\">SPINACH &amp; WHITE BEAN&nbsp;<\/font><\/strong><br \/><strong><font size=\"4\">CHEESY SAUCE<\/font><\/strong><br \/><font size=\"4\"><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/font><font size=\"3\">:<\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><font size=\"2\">2 cans white beans<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">3t tamari<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">2t dijon mustard<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">2T olive oil<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">juice from 1\/2 a lemon&nbsp;<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">1\/2C n<font color=\"#020101\">utritional yeast(less if you are not a nooch-lover)<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\"><font color=\"#020101\">water as needed for blending<\/font><br \/><\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\"><font color=\"#020101\">salt and pepper to taste<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">12 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and pressed<\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<td class='wsite-multicol-col' style='width:50%;padding:0 15px'>\n<div>\n<div class=\"wsite-image wsite-image-border-none \" style=\"padding-top:10px;padding-bottom:10px;margin-left:10px;margin-right:10px;text-align:center\"> <a> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/laughfrodisiac.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/uploads1854185438681379628412.png\" alt=\"Picture\" style=\"width:auto;max-width:100%\" \/> <\/a> <\/p>\n<div style=\"display:block;font-size:90%\">Cheesy white bean hummus sauce<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left;\"><font size=\"4\"><u>Directions<\/u>:&nbsp;<\/font><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><font size=\"3\">Blend all ingredients except the spinach in a blender until smooth<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font size=\"3\">Transfer to a mixing bowl with the spinach, and mix. Then cut them into small pieces for easier ability to cut pieces of finished product.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left;\"><u>For the sauteed mushrooms<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pint mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Saute the garlic and onion in a bit of olive oil over medium high heat for about 6 minutes.
