Hi Constance! I’m glad you found this too. Congratulations on your wedding! I went to Asador in 2015, so their policies may have changed over all this time. But it would be such a shame if they did! Especially when it was largely just produce! Please let me know if they get back to you/say otherwise. Good luck!

So happy to have stumbled upon this. I’m not seeing a date on this article, and Asador’s website says front and center that they don’t accommodate vegan/vegetarian, but I’m still hopeful that they do. My fiance and I are having our honeymoon in San Sebastian and plan to eat at Asador. I’ve been open to not maintaining my vegan way of life and to be a bit flexible during these experiences, but if they can accommodate vegans, that’s great to hear!
